This is a tough market. Wasn't sure how this was going to end for us, but my wife and I just knew that we had to move east (military). From the start, Bob Fountain gave us the feeling that he truly had our interest at heart. When our deadline for opening up to a rental option arrived, even though that obviously wouldn't be the best course of action for his bottom line - Bob still set us up with a strong property manager, and when that deal went favorably, Bob was genuinely happy for us because he truly understood our position. When the market seems better, and our time as landlords is through - I sure hope Bob Fountain is still in the Springs, because he'll be our first phone call. He put our interest ahead of his own.
